2007/2008 Rates:
- LOW SEASON (year round with below exceptions): $1,500.00/night
- HIGH SEASON (approx. 3/15-4/15; 5/25-9/5; Thanksgiving): $2,000/night
- CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S (approx. 12/15 – 1/10): $2,500/night 14 night minimum except 10 night minimum if only 1 holiday - 12/28 being the approx. defining end/start date
- Taxes: 11.416% applied to rental rate
- Security Deposit: $3,000/wk + Credit Card Authorization
- Cleaning Fee: $515.62 (whole house) / $416.66 (upstairs only with no use of downstairs studio)
- Midstay clean*: $187.50 (whole house) / $156.25 (upstairs only) *Every 4 days, includes linens as time allows
- Optional Pool Heating Fee: $400 + 4.166% tax per week for gas
Policies
- 6-8 people max -- number of guests must be disclosed and confirmed prior to confirmation
- Check-in from 3pm unless back to back – 5pm. Checkout by 10am.
- NO group / multiple property rental bookings – UNLESS BY PRIOR WRITTEN AGREEMENT
- NO weddings / functions / events allowed on property – UNLESS BY PRIOR WRITTEN AGREEMENT
- NON SMOKING PROPERTY
- NO PETS ALLOWED
